My consulting services are here to help you to understand and implement the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Nutritional Protocol that was developed by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. The GAPS Nutritional protocol is founded on the belief that nutrition has a profound effect on our bodies. our minds, our emotions, and our overall health. The gut and the brain are intimately connected. From my life's experiences, I believe that what we eat has a profound effect of both the gut and the brain--and our overall health.
